Keepin’ Them Busy

Kevin and I decided that it is in our best interest to keep the kids busy. We thought that might help us get through the terrible twos. Yesterday we took them to a birthday party at a bouncy house place. The kids had a blast!

Today after breakfast we took the kids downtown to run around in the skywalks. We walked quite aways and I know both of them got pretty tired because they both wanted carried on the way back. Why didn’t we think of the sky walks earlier in the winter. What a great place to just run!!

After the sky walks, we took them out for lunch at the Science Center and played for awhile. They had “Zula Patrol” playing at the Star Theatre, which the kids thought was pretty cool too. After a final ride down the alligator (elevator) we came back home. The kids are now crashed out in their rooms. Now, how long do we let them sleep??

On another note, we realized that the kids both have big birthdays this year. Sophia has her golden birthday, she will be 4 on 04/04 and Derek’s birthday is 10/10/10 this year, what is that called??
