New Driveway and other stuff

Kevin’s been complaining for a long time, but we finally got our driveway fixed this week. It looks great! It rained most of the week, so we didn’t get our back patio poured, but hopefully the weather will cooperate tomorrow.

This has been another busy week. The kids had a great time a gymnastics on Monday. Friday I took Sophia to a speech therapist to listen to her “S” sounds. She said that it is “atypical” and we are going to teach her to lisp, then correct that. She said it’s something we need to correct sooner rather than later. Sophia was so excited to get to go to “School”, she said “tomorrow I’ll go by myself”. Poor girl, I feel bad for not registering her for preschool, but I’m sure she’ll recover. She will get to go to school for 15 minutes every Thursday when therapy gets started. Maybe that will be enough for her.

We picked out a bunch of bushes and got them planted today. The kids were just as helpful as they usually are. Oh, and we also all took a 2 hour nap today. That was great, but not as rewarding as I had hoped.
