It’s basically a site designed to offer moderated content from YouTube, for small children.

I’ve often found that YouTube is full of things that children should have no business viewing. Unfortunately, you don’t always know what you are going to get, until the video is playing.

Anyway, I thought it was pretty nifty and wanted to share.
