Today we celebrate another major milestone in our family, because Derek has reached his four month birthday. Its true that four months doesn’t mean that much in the grand scheme of things, but for us, this past four months have been a roller coaster we’ll never forget.
So, happy four month birthday to our handsome little man. Daddy, Mommy and your big Sister love you.

Let’s talk about our precious little girl for a bit. Sophia had such a great weekend; with baking cookies with Grandma Robin yesterday, to helping make waffles this morning (she even helped me with the baked potatoes we had for supper), she is really starting to blossom; we swear that everyday, she will say, or do something, that is simply amazing.
Last night, she finally said “I love you”, in a way that was so clear, I couldn’t believe it. After nearly twenty two months of repeatedly telling her we love you, she returned the favor. It just about makes your heart melt.
Anyway, all is well with us. Lynnette’s computer is still in disrepair, so our posting habits will continue to be all over the board - you have to give us a bit of a break though, having a twenty two and a four month old, really doesn’t afford much free time. 
Next weekend is the big baptism for the DLD crew (Derek, Logan and Devin), so we’ll probably have a story beyond belief to tell, but let’s hold on to that one for now.
