So Kevin has been BEGGING for an iPhone for months. He finally talked me into taking over his plan so he could get the phone of his dreams!! I think he picked it up on Monday afternoon. Side note: Kevin has a new phone number, but I was able to transfer mine.
Wednesday night he was installing the Blackberry software onto my computer when it failed to reboot. Two days later it has still failed to reboot. He said he’s been working on trying to get it back, but his last diagnosis was that the hard drive crashed. It may just be a coincidence that last Tuesday Apple came out with this super spectacular MacBook Air.
It’s really hard to share a computer with Kevin, since most of the time I have about 5 minutes to take a peek at my emails. And for those 5 minutes, he’s usually on his computer. So I have not been checking my emails or reading my blogs I love to keep up with. So just know I’m not ignoring you…I just can’t kick Kevin off long enough to catch up. So we’ll just have to see how we resolve this little issue.

This post makes me chuckle.
Of course, you must realize, that Lynnette’s laptop is my old 12″ PowerBook, that is more than five years old. In laptop terms, that is ancient. The little guy really has been pretty reliable for us.
I keep telling Lynnette, there is no way that I planned this, but I’m not sure she really believes me. Ironically, the only thing she is really distraught over losing, is our Christmas spreadsheet; you know, the ones that has everyone’s updated addresses.
Looks like we’ll probably have to share my Macbook Pro for awhile; at least until I can sell her on the idea of getting a new iMac. We’ll just see…
Also honey, since you have a Blackberry now, you can always see your email.
