Oh man! What a way to end Halloween night. Maybe that was his trick for you guys! :)
Poor little guy.
So does that mean it is NOT RSV? Is he going to have to get RSV shots this winter season?

I hope he feels better soon, and you guys all get some sleep.
Let us know if you need anything.

On the lighter side of last night, a funny thing happened when we were packing up to leave the ER.

Having only brought one diaper (don't ask, did you see we were frantic?), we asked on of the nurses for a diaper. After a few minutes, she returned with two. All I can say is thank goodness it was two.

Anyway, as we were removing his dirty diaper, we both noticed that it was pretty poopy. Without much warning, it became a lot more poopy. Do you get what I'm saying?

In the end, Derek had a major blowout, which required a complete outfit change and the use of the second diaper.

I'm not sure if it was the lack of sleep, or the relief of knowing that Derek was going to be okay, but Lynnette and I couldn't stop laughing hysterically the entire time the situation was happening.

A comical end, to a night we'd soon like to not remember.
