Grandma Robin picked up a scary Tiger costume for Sophia to wear this Halloween.

Note: the goose head is actually from one of Lexi’s toys. I just thought it was fitting for a tiger to be holding it’s prey. The goose head was the best thing we had.

Every day around noon, the doctor does rounds. It’s almost exactly like you see on TV. Derek’s nurse practitioner gives the doctor the daily updates. The doctor asks questions and they set the orders for that day.
