Kevin’s work gave us some tickets to the fair, so we took Sophia tonight to check it out. Sophia had such a great time. We saw some horses, sheep and pigs. She was just in awe of everything and didn’t seem bothered by the heat at all! We all shared a tenderloin, stawberry shake and a root beer float. Other than that, we just did a lot of walking around.

We went to the midway in search of something Sophia could ride on. We finally found the toddler bumper boats. At first we weren’t sure if she would like it, but we finally decided to try it. She was very eager to get in the boats and had a really good time. She couldn’t quite figure out the steering wheel, so she ended up going around in circles the entire time. Kevin and I were so proud of her…and we’ve been laughing about it all night. It was just so funny to see her go around in circles with a cute little smile on her face.

She passed out on the way back to the car and slept the entire way home. I think we all had a really good time!
