Sophia had her 15 month check up today and believe it or not, she actually lost weight. Kevin and I both swore she gained 5 pounds in the last week. She’s been eating us out of house and home and she seems so solid when you pick her up.

She’s 31 inches long and 23 1/2 pounds exactly. The doctor said it’s all perfectly normal for her age and for the summer. However, it’s the first time we haven’t been in the 90th percentile range. She was actually 70th for both height and weight.

New words we’re working on this week are bumble bee and Spongebob. She surprised me by copying me with both of them this week, so that’s what we’ve been working on. She even said SpongeBob to the Dr. today. i think he was impressed. And we’re trying to move past tummy and nose, because that’s getting a bit boring. Everyone can see plain as day where Sophia’s tummy is! Learning is so fun!
