We’ve been having lots of little play dates with the two little girls next door, but tonight Aubrey came back to play with all of us too. Aubrey is the daughter of the couple we bought the house from. So us three moms took our four darling daughters down to the park at the ball fields. We probably looked a little silly with 2 matching pink strollers and a little green wagon, but all the girls were so good on the ride down there and back.

They all had a great time on the swings and slides. Sophia is getting a little more adventurous and does a little more than just watch the other kids…more than she used to anyway. We hiked back to the house and played with some bubbles, side walk chalk and the neighbor girl’s trike.

It was a fun night, but I am worn out!! Play dates are hard on this mommy!!

I have to add that Sophia has been going to bed much easier the last couple nights. Tonight I think she might have even said “nigh nigh” a couple of times. Baths still aren’t any easier, but we’ll work on that.
