Friday night Kevin and I got our first real babysitter (not friends or family). It was Larissa from Baby School, who Sophia really loves. We left home at 6:30 and got back at 11:30. It was really nice to get out! Anyway, Sophia slept in on Sat morning until 8:30.

My friend Sarah (from Omaha) came to visit and to help me out with Amy’s baby shower. During the shower Kevin and Lexi hid in the basement. The plan was to put Sophia down for a late nap, then when she woke up, we would take her down to hang out with her daddy and Lexi. Well, she never woke up. She slept through the entire shower!! Around 3ish, I finally went up to her room to check on her and she was just sitting in her crib talking to herself.

Saturday night we put her down at 8 pm. Around 9:20 Sunday morning Kevin woke me up and said we better get moving for the day. We both went in to check on Sophia who was (again) sitting in her crib talking to herself.

We wonder if she hears us coming and wakes up, or if she sits in there for a time period and just plays. Either way, I’m really liking her sleeping habits and hope that it continues for quite some time!!
