Rory hasn’t been to fond of Sophia since the day we brought her home. We figured out that he seemed to be fine with other kids. One of the hardest decisions Kevin and I ever had to make was to find him a new home.
I posted it at work and last week one of my co-workers said that they would love to take Rory. So this past Friday I took him over to his new home. Of course we shed a few tears, but we all know it’s for the best.
Lexi seems a bit sad and Sophia doesn’t even know he’s gone. I can’t wait to talk to his new owner (tomorrow at work) so I can hear how he’s doing.
We miss you Buddy, but we know your new family will give you plenty of love and attention!!

I’ll miss you Rory.
I called for an update today and the lady asked if he ever barks, because he hadn’t made a peep. I told her to just wait!! Anyway, sounds like he is a little mopey, but is beginning to call it home. He hasn’t found a good place to sleep yet, but I’m sure once he gets closer to the kids he’ll snuggle right up!!
