All you have to do is show up with a laundry basket to carry the stuff out. They have containers for each of the meals. So then you just have to have enough room in your freezer for everything. Let me know if your interested, I'm sure I'll do it again sometime. We're trying our third meal tonight, Kevin doesn't really think it looks too good. I think that's because it might not fill him up.
