I have to admit, beyond the mistakes, the company has been doing everything possible to get things right. As a matter of fact, we should be receiving the "correct" pieces this afternoon. We received nine crossbars of the same length. Note that we actually need ten of them, thus the last missing parts episode. Today we receive the final outstanding crossbar. Hmm, it's about 1/2" longer then the rest of the ones I have already installed - I'll just cut it short with a hacksaw. Drumroll... Turns out, the nine that I had installed were too short and the one we received today is the correct size. We are now going to need all ten of them over. You have to be kidding me. Why is this crib so hard to get together? Right parts? Not quite.
