Lynnette and I got a late Christmas present for each other: a 3d ultrasound of our now “confirmed” baby girl - Peanut.
The process was so amazing. The place we went to was called Prenatal Vision, located in West Des Moines, IA. Keri was very patient with our stubborn little girl, who was determined to keep her hand in front of her face, pretty much the entire time. We would highly recommend this to everyone.
The rest of the pictures are available here.
So are we always going to call her peanut?
As Kevin said, this was truely an amazing experience. We both have been walking around with smiles on our faces all afternoon.
Not sure if you can see it in the pictures, but it looks like she’s got her daddy’s nose and we think we might see a little dimple in her cheek. And of course, she seems to be stubborn like her momma!! She would not move her hands from in front of her face no matter how hard we tried.
Keri (the ultrsound tech & owner of Prenatal Vision) said that she will probably like to be swaddled, because she snuggled so close to my placenta. Between that and her little hands in front of her face, we couldn’t get a really good picture of her face. She wasn’t shy on the other end though, we got the confirmation that we needed that she is for sure a girl!!
And yes, we’ll probably always call her peanut. For some reason, it has just sort of stuck…
Ahh, She looks so sweet.
Guys, this is so awesome! I’ve seen these online and in magazines but never knew anyone that got one. How cool!
She looks adorable…
