A true David and Goliath story:

I received a call this morning from Ed Lopez, the owner of PriceRitePhoto. We spoke at length and he told me that the activity that has resulted from my post on my experience with his business has most certainly impacted his business. Note: This is from Thomas Hawk’s blog, not me!

A little background on the story: basically an ecommerce story that went horribly wrong for the consumer. But through the use of the internet, the story was broadcast to the world and it appears ultimately, the consumer was granted a little salvation.
