My work had a fall management conference the past couple of days, and I was lucky enough to get invited. It was a really good seminar. Last night they treated us to a prime rib supper at the Historical Center. They had some trivia sheets that we had to fill out by walking around the Historical Building to find the answers. Once you had all the answers, your name would be entered to win some prizes. Much to my surprise, I was the first winner of the night. I won a huge gift basket!! I can’t remember the last time I ever won anything. It must have been my lucky night.

Last week, our work had a little tour to show the rest of the company the inside of our pharmacy. People always go in and out of that area, but no one has ever seen beyond the secured front door. After the tour they had a ton of treats and small quiz about the pharmacy and the company. Today they drew for prizes and again I was one of the lucky winners. The prize wasn’t much, but I was so happy to win…again. Twice in 24 hours.

I think I’m going to run and pick up a lottery ticket for the drawing on Saturday!!
